Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained, or 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth consistency.
To make this 100 percent Paleo friendly, sub the whey protein powder for an egg based protein.
